Ground up custom home features complete zoning with independent controls for all 5 bedrooms, using ultra high efficiency mini-split, ducted fancoils. Integrated with two high efficiency furnaces and air-conditioning to heat and cool the large common areas. All HVAC systems were designed and installed by Coastal Mechanical Services.
